Exciting! And pretty neat.

Out of curiosity, is this all licensed or approved in some way? Or just, "someone re-did it, and no one is complaining because there's no money here"?

I'm fine either way, as I'm a big fan of the idea that abandonware should become public domain, but I'm still interested because of copyright issues being interesting to me for whatever reason.
