Ok; for the r320, I paid

$50 - server
$130 - RAM
$50 - better Xeon procesor

.... We can set a fair price together - I went on CloudNinjas.com and priced out a used r320 w/ these specs and it was stupid expensive; like $700. I don't need anywhere close to that.

Just hit me on 2oFB and we'll iron it out - and heck yea, I'll lean on you if I ever go HAM!!!
