IMO I'm totally fine for you to talk about such matters here, just thinking about the masses, that's all. A lot of people have suffered from being mentally ill for some point or many points in their lives. Myself included. These days, I'm far too busy to be blue! All I can say is that I put the negative things in my life into a trashcan and surrounded myself with things and other people that fill my cup. If you can, reach out to people that you know you are happiest around. Take lots of exercise wherever possible, and stop to smell the roses. On your side of the planet, springtime is coming, so you probably can stop to *literally* smell the flowers! Most imporantly, get plenty of sleep - go to bed at the same time every night, switch off your mobile phone at least an hour before bedtime, and do something that calms you like reading a book. I know that this all sounds simple and possibly patronising (it did for me when I heard the same advice), but it truly does help.
