The disc swapping might be where I got the idea that they were more
vulnerable... the more times you have to swap the disc, the greater
possibility for accidents.

It could just be that my relatives quit using them when the media became
too difficult to find.  I do know that one of them blamed us "kids" for the
issues, though.  ;)
