There have been times I've had to look up a BBS issue, gone to google
and found the answer in someone's googled web message bases...

I'm about to undertake a massive documentation effort at work covering
server, desktop, networking and cloud and on-prem servers, bouncing
around the idea of indexing formatted documents versus creating a wiki.
I'm leaning to the latter, for a change.
