PicoGUS is a software defined ISA card, powered by the RP2040
microcontroller (aka Raspbery Pi Pico), it emulates all the sound cards I
mentioned, and does a few more things too!

And yes, Mega Drive sound! That's a clue to what makes my 286 special! :)
