When I notice people watching videos, it is usually a kid who has their
parents phone.  I figure they gave it to them to keep them from fussing,
which could be worse than listening to whatever they are watching.  ;)

I still think it is rude, though, and wonder if kids that are allowed to do
that will grow up into adults who watch videos in public.
