I'm in an airport restaurant, have a quick trip (business, alas) to Las
Vegas.

Apparently, it's OK now to watch videos or have conversations on
speakerphone in a restaurant?

I'm on my personal laptop, have an Out of office message set on my work
email, and they're encouraging people to take notes at the conference.
It'll be nice to single-task for 3 days.
