Well you can set the order of bookmarks, lets say you create a folder in your bookmarks and add it to your book marks bar, then add 2-3 bookmarks to websites etc. to that folder. Then when you open that folder from your bookmark bar you can hold and drag the book marks up and down to set their order there You can also right click on the bookmark bar and choose bookmark manager to get a UI to do the same thing.
