I am not real familiar with vrchat.  There are alot of place out in the
internet (social media especially) that probably are not good for people
who suffer from certain mental health issues.  A lot of people feel the
need to not be nice, and they feel extra free to do so on social media.

There was a documentary series here in the US about high school teens and
social media that dove into it a little bit.  The pressue that social media
puts on young people to compare their lives with others (who are, in turn,
projecting an idealized persona often lacking of reality) is very damaging
to their mental health.
