I've been asked this a lot, and my stock answer has evolved into:

Duck eggs are about 25% bigger, and they taste 25% eggier. :)

It's a more dense egg, so while it's the same flavor, it's a more pronounced one. Takes a little more work to get the "light and fluffy" consistency, but absolutely better for things like baking.
