I just find it fiddly, you get a text, have to call back, get the message,
write down any details, delete the message, delete the text.  What a load
of.... :D  And all that only to leave a message on the other person's
voicemail! :D

Pretty much the same for me, and "text" can actually be one of a number of
pps.

Video for me is on the same level as a phone call.  I do use video for
telehealth, however.

That sometimes works, some use hijacked PCs on botnets too.  More IP blocks to
nuke. :)
