Apache and Slackware, that's probably an iconic combination from the mid 90s. 
I've heard about those two since I started using the internet in 1995.  And I
think I had heard about Slackware even earlier, when my dad started messing
around with Linux on his PC at home.  I imagine Apache and Slackware were (and
maybe still are) the backbone of many sites on the internet.
