What would you think about a "Puzzle of the Week" sort of thing, in which a
short, random plaintext is encrypted each week, using variable encryption
techniques, for folks to try to crack?  No RSA-level stuff (which I'm
guessing is the intended subject for this area), but start out with
simple substitution cryptograms and progress from there.  Thoughts?
