Yes.  This.  :)

Having a way to communicate via strong crypto can only be a good thing.  I've
heard rumblings about it being controlled/outlawed again in some places, and
I hope that is alarmist nonsense, but the one thing that's guaranteed to get
me using it is to tell me I shouldn't.
