In all seriousness, I used to (and sometimes still do) receive the messages
in broken English from the prince or king or whoever.  But then at the end of
those messages or, sometimes, just in messages by themselves I did used to
get the totally nonsensical "sentences" in English that do look a lot like
the encryption example shown here.  I always wondered why they were tacking
that stuff onto what was otherwise "normal" spam.
