A few light showers and blustery winds around the central Mediterranean Islands, plenty of sunny spells. Sunny too in northern Italy, rain further south with the heavies bursts in the far south. Heavy rain from southern Bosnia and Herzegovina southward into western Greece, this rain extending inland as well. Dry but quite blustery through the Aegean Sea, dry too in Türkiye with plentiful sunshine. A notable westerly wind from the north of France all the day eastward into Belarus - mostly cloudy here with spells of rain across the Low Countries, northern Germany, and northern Poland. Brighter spells further south, sun may be extensive from central France east along the Alps into Hungary and Slovakia. Lighter wind here too. Rain increasing in Romania and Bulgaria Cold across Scandinavia though slightly milder south Sweden and Denmark. Cloudy for most with snow showers continuing onto Norway's west coast, rain showers into west Denmark. Only local snowy spots in southern parts of Sweden and Finland with a few brighter spells. Westerly winds in the Baltic States will bring periods of snow, perhaps increasingly bright in Finland. Wednesday A chilly day in Spain and Portigal. Heavy, frequent showers or longer spells of rain affecting northern areas of Spain. Some showers too int he Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Italy will have a mix of sunshine and showers, with widespread heavy showers in Greece. Brighter in Turkey, dry and with decent spells of sunshine. An unsettled day in France with rain, some of it heavy, strong winds too in the north and west. Unsettled in the Low Countries and Germany with more rain and showers. Poland should be drier, sunny spells here and these extending south through Hungary and Austria whilst some showers affect Switzerland. Cloud and some rain for Denmark, further periods of rain in the far south of Sweden. The Baltic States will have cloud and rain too, this extending to southern Finland.
