   Hoe southern and western Europe, colder Scandinavia with rain

   Thursday
   Dry and hot for Iberia and the Balearic islands, only scattered showers
   in northern Spain. A sunny morning in Sardinia, Corsica, and Italy
   gives way to showery outbreaks in the afternoon. A few showers will
   form in the southern Balkan States as well as a few southern Greek
   Islands. Otherwise fine and sunny in southeast Europe.
   Showery in eastern France, sunny in central and west areas. These
   showers extending into west Germany, possibly a few scattered in the
   Low Countries as well, but often sunny away from showers. Eastern
   Germany and eastward remains fine and sunny. A few showery outbreaks in
   southern parts of Switzerland and Austria.
   Warm to hot in Denmark and east Sweden, quite warm in Finland as well.
   Showery from central Norway and Sweden southwards to Denmark with a
   risk of thunderstorms. Northern areas more settled with good sun
   spells, extensively sunny in Finland and warm here. Fine for the Baltic
   States.

   Friday
   A finen and hot day nacross Iberia with both Spain and Portugal seeing
   sunshine. More sunshine in the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia.
   Scattered thunderstorms breaking out in Italy. Greece and Turkey seeing
   more sunshine and staying dry.
   Fine for France and staying sunny. Dry with plenty of sunshine for the
   Low Countries. Fine in the west of Germany but thunderstorms in the
   east. Fair in Poland, sunny here. Hot through Hungary with plenty of
   sunshine. Heavy thunderstorms breaking out in Austria and Switzerland.
   Denmark is fair and dry. Thundery rain in the Baltic States. Further
   rain, some heavy and thundery in Finland and this rain affecting
   central and norther Sweden. Norway is fair in the south but heavy rain
   in central and northern areas.
