anyone of us can host it i beleive, but i'm wondering if there's a way we can do it via an ECHO (havent had chance to read the docs yet) or is it all done via netmail.

if it's done via an echo then maybe we can get an echo created for stuff like this? above my paygrade though./

I dont mind helping out if i can
