My only suggestion with cloud based which can work great, is try to run it with WinUAE instead of FSUAE, WinUAE is much more configurable and runs real well. I can usually get 2 to 3 weeks between reboots of my Emulation sometimes more with no issues. If you have to go Linux on the cloud then learn all you can about FSUAE and you should be fine, it has come a long way since I was testing it out a couple of years ago.. Al ....
