must be more to this line,tried and got this

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ sudo setcap GAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE=+ip /mystic/mis

<filenameN> ] 

 
but it will be  me not understanding the command line, butI sureyou will lety
me now
