Basically the case because he enabled python as well as MPL. Python being more
of a web language than MPL it allows for extending the web server it has in
python as MIRC did. So in truth the cfg isn't really needed, just the www
and python. I hadn't thought about it before, but MIRC shows a way python can
become the input engine for Mystic's web server, bypassing any need for cfg
to enable input or other services.
