Nope, wasn't setup to as there were addons that did it. Doors and the like. 
I'm not sure if g00r00 has fixed it, but there have been a few addons added
in the last few years that do it. Hopefully this new IRC one can do it too
and we'll use that and have an IRC for each board or something.
