I'm not aware something like that exactly exists but I think it's a nice idea.

If you ever develop something like that and want some assistance with the
echos and/or data channels to be created in fsxNet to help support that let
me know.

What appeals to me personally about the idea is shared echomail chatter but
in that context of being able to see/comment on the ANSI art as you mention.
Nice idea.
