However, if I use /NOFROM, and post a message from myself to myself (e.g. as
new user registrations do), it will tell me that I have a message when scanning, but won't display it for viewing when i choose to read the new messages.

The docs state that /NOFROM should only mean that "Mystic will only look at the To field when scanning for new personal messages (instead of both To and From)". Possible bug?

A work-around would perhaps be to include a "MC /UNREAD" command, too, in the prelogin menu, to catch (or rather make it possible to read) those "e-mails"... I think I'll do that for now.
