If you build from source you can install info files and html files that I think are mostly upto date. There is also a DVI option but I don't know what that is and it doesn't work here on my box. There are man pages installed also but the documentation is.. all over the place. I put up a zip in the root of my webserver that contains fidoconfig.html, hpt.html and htick.html.
