I just use a regular one with the buttons in the same layout as a right handed mouse. (So "left click" is actually "right click"). I guess it's like the Jimi Hendrix mouse style! :) I don't have a Windows computer anymore but when I did, I also liked the start menu on the top of the screen.. but I guess that's more of a carry over from Linux/Mac. As an adult, I learned how to write a bit with my right hand for fun and one cool thing I've learned I can do with that is write with both hands at the same time.
