For IcyBoard I need a better message reader than what PCBoard offers. 
It'll support the PCBoard one out of the box but I want to replace it. 

Since it's PPL I make it backwards compatible to old PCBoard versions
 - so if anyone needs one - try it.
 
I've just released a first quick version of my message reader ppe.

Polished it a bit. It basically should work - it's a proof of
concept that modern readers for PCBoard are possible.

It's easy to develop - so easy to contribute code.
But feature requests are welcome too.
