I think I've fixed my bug that was affecting message packaging, and I have my outbound polling going again.

I've also (using firewall rules) have some inbound connections going to my updated binkd server.

So far things are looking OK - but if you notice any issues please let me know. If I dont hear anything over the next couple of days, I'm going to update the inbound server with the new binkp and work on other items in clrghouz.
