Does the setup.txt have Le3TsPe4k in it? If so, this probably isn't your guy as he's probably more our age (and like 15 when he made that mod), otherwise if it's professional looking it could be him. But at that age, there's a better than 50% chance he's on a lot of meds and stares at the wall all day. ;)
