It's included in the archive but it's named !CHANGES.TXT. Also, version 1.6
was released yesterday (my previous annoucement was for 1.5, but it was short
lived as it broke the Alerts). Version 1.6 now includes 29 new Sixel weather
maps. The latest version can always be downloaded on my BBS at
firesidebbs.com:23231 or on the website at firesidebbs.com.
