IceEdit and DCTEdit are the primary ones that I've used.  I use a combination
of patchcrt and unp to handle RTE200.  If anyone knows of an RA compatible
FSE that allows for internal uploads, that would be great!  The Reader allows
for uploading of messages before the editor is loaded, but I might want to
change my mind and do that from within the editor as well.
