I think those seenby's may be coming from the hub?

I inspected the binkley packet from when I put that message through, and it
is missing the origin, seenby, and any kludge lines in fact.

I think when I load the text file as an echo, it's not getting that stuff
appended by the board like it would if I sent one the usual way. I'll have
to add it to the text file manually perhaps. More experimentation is needed,
I think.
