I've successfully moved things around for the most part, but I did it for testing...

Do a vanilla install of Mystic and copy everything over, except the binaries (exe's) then run ./mystic -cfg and update the paths, and lastly recompile all your mods (mpc).

I may be missing a step or a few, but this is the genearl idea.
