OK, you said your exec line was this:

> exec "@start /min c:\\ele\\irex\\between.bat" *.pkt

You probably need to have this

exec "@start /min c:\\ele\\irex\\between.bat" c:\\ele\\irex\\inbound\\*.pkt

And it wouldnt hurt to have [pP][kK][tT] as you cant assume all mailers will send you lower case packets.
