Hey all, just a couple quick gOLD mINE door server updates:

- Added 2 more servers: Win32 and MBBSEmu
- Should be relatively seamless as they 'chain' behind the scenes
- Few new registered games added:
  - MajorMUD, BladeMaster, Lunatix, Infinity Complex, Erotica (MBBS)
  - Yankee Trader (Win32)
  - Updated Gutterbowl to 4.0
