I haven't really looked at Syncthing but I hear enough about it I probably should be taking a look. I use Dropbox because it was easy and I have some folders shared with me from other people, and a NAS at home. Dropbox is not my ideal solution though, just where I'm at right now. The Synology NAS I got a couple years ago has been really useful and convenient, I'm happy how well that's worked out for me. My desktop is connected via 10gb network, accessing the NAS is fast as a local hard drive. I'm not as well connected to the outside world off the LAN, though. Thanks for sharing what works for you, gives me some things to look into! Chris/akacastor --- Maximus 3.01 * Origin: Another Millennium - Canada - another.tel (21:1/162) .
