That's such bullshit.  But I think I found my issue for net2bbs not working, 
as port 23 would just die for no reason.  I get a ton of power off's for like 
2 seconds, and apartently this netgear router got screwed up somehow.  I 
finally broke down and unplugged modem and router since my wife was telling me
some sites weren't displaying on her phone.

Plugged everything back on, no internet from the router.  Had to leave it 
unplugged for anot 5 minutes and reboot it 2 more times before it "fixed" 
itself.  So far, since it's done that, no port23 issues.

I'm thinking maybe that's why my IP changed ... the router screwed up so bad 
and they thought it was new of offline for too long. ?!?!?
