here's a link for a tutorial to unpack binaries with the dosbox debugger.. it didn't help me with the program i tried it on, but worth a shot

if it doesn't work as easy as in the tutorial maybe you can manually step over it, dump everything, and hopefully convince ida to like it. won't really help if you need to crack it tho..
