Yeah, you're using cryptlib with mystic, not a normal linux SSH connection.

I tried adding:

Ciphers +3des-cbc,aes128-cbc,aes192-cbd,aes256-cbc

to sshd_config

ssh -Q cipher shows them listed as such:

3des-cbc
aes128-cbc
aes192-cbc
aes256-cbc
aes128-ctr
aes192-ctr
aes256-ctr
aes128-gcm@openssh.com
aes256-gcm@openssh.com
chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com

But that didn't help.  Netrunner is still refusing to connect.  It doesn't
even give me an error, it just times out.
