This just means that Mystic is using product code 00FE in the .PKT files it 
produces, which is the code designated by the FTSC for a new FidoNet 
compatible product that hasn't been assigned it's own product code.  Mystic 
has been around for a while, but the author has never submitted a request to 
the FTSC for a new product code.
