Okay, I have the board up and running on FSXnet now!  tcpser (pretending to be modems) and binkd running on a raspberry pi 4, tag 2.7 and fastecho 1.46 running on an actual (not emulated) 386. i've still got some batch file / shell script tweaking to do, but for the most part, everything is working!
