Do the library requirements override the directory > level requirements, or do I need to set both the library requirements and > the file level requirements? A user must meet *both* requirements when set to something non-blank (default allow). See http://wiki.synchro.net/access:requirements for details. So if you want all the directories of a library to have the same requirements, you don't need to set *any* of the directory-specific requirements. > 2) Can I global edit options like I can in Mystic? Ie can I set the > requirements for all file areas at once? You can set all the directories of a library with a single operations using the Directory Defaults->Clone Settings option. But you don't need to do this for any of the "requirements" settings since you already have the library-level control with the library's "requirements" settings. This library-level requirements control (except for "acccess requirements") is new in v3.20, which is still in development, BTW, And for the proper place to ask Synchronet support questions, see http://wiki.synchro.net/howto:support -- digital man (rob) This Is Spinal Tap quote #7: Nigel Tufnel: That's just nitpicking, isn't it?
