In fact technically, I could set a cron to run the script immediately after boot up to auto boot right into the BBS. I am more worried about doing a Vice install so it installs all of the dependencies etc. I had issues with Debian/Ubuntu a few years back with Vice installing really old versions from the repositories.. I am going to look closer into creating a bash script installing Vice from scratch though.. AL ....
