If any OpenSuse users are hunting, those patches can be found by Googling 'OpenSuse Syncterm' and they are on a closed ticked on the Syncterm ticket pages. :P I don't REALLY know how to use .patch files, but I was able to manually read the '-' and '+' lines to make the 3 edits...
