This echo and for that matter FIDO_SYSOP is on the BACKBONE.NA / .RPT

Both are only on the backbone lists as have been removed from the moderated
ELIST system a very long time ago as they where not updated by the current
moderator at the time.

In the case of FIDO_SYSOP that was Janis but prior to her passing.
