Every excom-case in Z2 during my tenure receives the attention it deserves. In the past 31 years there was a grand number of perhaps 5-6 cases that reached the zone-level. The fact that your case doesn't ring a bell reveals a story of insignificance in itself.
 
A *C is mainly a nodelist-scribe. For anything else please pay me a salary if you think it is a job.
