just to be clear, i was not speaking just of pascalnet but ALL that you 
hatch... if you hatch a file over 8Meg (eg) today, don't hatch any more that 
size or larger until at least 12 hours or wait till another day...

it is respectful of others who don't have the resources available that you 
might... we're lucky as all hades to have DSL out here 15 miles from town... i 
don't know if 6Meg down will ever appear out here but i doubt that the 768K up 
will change if it does... and we're damned not doing like others and paying for 
much larger bandwidth only to not get one half or even one third of it...
