If things going fast and crazy.

Do this steps.
1. hit [esc] co [q]
2. hit [ctrl]+[alt]+[del]
If not working then.
3. hit the little button on the cabinet
   Hot boot ... snif snif ... hot air

Finally:
4. hit the big read button on the cabinet :-)
  Down and bit down + totally final down
