We had little burp in AVNAV today.. After I changed the CRC on a bad tick, my 
processor picked up an old file still sitting in my inbound and sent that out 
instead of the file it should have.. hopefully the second time I ran it sent 
out the right file to the AVNAV area.. if you notice problems let me know, and 
I'll ask Ben to re-hatch :)
